Flameproof Reducers
Flameproof Reducers are certified cable-entry accessories used in hazardous-area electrical equipment to reduce a larger threaded enclosure entry so that a cable gland or fitting with a smaller thread can be installed. They are designed to maintain the required explosion-protection integrity of the installation when used according to their certification and installation requirements. Ex d flameproof and Ex e increased-safety versions are available.
