Coordinate Measuring Machine
Our advanced Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) delivers sub-micron precision for complex geometries. Vision Measurement System
Our Vision Measurement System provides rapid, high-accuracy, non-contact dimensional inspection. Using high-resolution optics and advanced edge-detection software algorithms, it instantly measures multiple critical dimensions simultaneously. This highly efficient optical scanning capability is perfectly suited for 100% inspection routines in high-volume production batches without compromising on precision.
Optical Emission Spectrometer
The Optical Emission Spectrometer guarantees absolute material integrity by performing precise elemental analysis of every incoming metal heat lot. It detects exact percentages of Copper, Zinc, Lead, Tin, and Iron down to parts-per-million levels. This strictly eliminates the risk of counterfeit or sub-standard alloys entering the manufacturing stream, ensuring total compliance with global material standards.
Hardness Testers
We deploy a suite of specialized hardness testing equipment, including Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers testers, to validate the mechanical strength of our parts. Metallography Lab
Our fully equipped in-house Metallography Lab performs deep microscopic examination of grain structures and inclusion ratings. By sectioning and polishing samples, we rigorously test for dezincification resistance in brass and evaluate multi-layer plating thicknesses. Salt-Spray Chamber
The accelerated environmental testing within our Salt-Spray Corrosion Chamber is critical for validating the longevity of surface finishes. By continuously exposing components to a highly corrosive saline mist, we accurately simulate years of harsh marine and outdoor exposure.
