Deep Draw Components
Deep Draw Components are seamless, three-dimensional metal parts manufactured by drawing a flat sheet-metal blank into a die cavity using a punch and blank holder. The process is used to produce cylindrical, cup-shaped, box-shaped, tubular, and other hollow components with substantial depth. It is especially suitable for repeatable production of components that would otherwise require multiple fabrication or joining operations.
