Copper Heat Sinks
Copper Heat Sinks are thermal-management components designed to absorb and dissipate heat generated by electronic and power components. Copper is used because of its very high thermal conductivity—high-purity copper grades can provide roughly 385–395 W/m·K—making copper heat sinks particularly suitable for applications where high heat flux and compact thermal solutions are required.
